Mr Hasan Fidancı born in Alanya in 1958. He graduated from high school in Alanya and from university in Ankara (Economics and Commercial Sciences Academy). HE is married and he has two children. Mr Hasan Fidancı has been working for a government bank since 1983.

Mr Fidancı started to work in building sector with Housing Cooperative in 1988 and constructed Alanya – Merkez Elif Housing Estate, Alanya – Mahmutlar – Emir Kent Holiday Housing Estate, Alanya – Dimçayı – Tosmur Efe Holiday Housing Estate, Alanya – Dimçayı – Tosmur Efem Holiday Housing Estate, where native and foreign families reside. At present, he is constructing Gündoğan Holiday Housing Estate consisting of 140 flats and 2 stores, whose foundation was laid in October 2004 and planned to be delivered in December 2005.

Our new projects consisting of 100 flats on Alanya – Dimçayı shore, 120 flats at Alanya – Avsallar and 110 flats at Alanya – Payallar, have been already contracted. Studies in architectural plans are being continued ad our project will be realized at the end of 2005.

Hasan Fidancı Inşaat Ltd. Şti (HF Constructions Ltd) has decided to become a trademark, in an idea “what we have done is a guaranty for what we will do”, in order to promote our accumulations in building sector to a more Professional level.
